Chinese and Croatian police to monitor Dubrovnik this summer

DUBROVNIK - This summer, the first mixed Chinese-Croatian police patrol will monitor the City of Dubrovnik.

A statement from the Chinese Embassy announces that on Sunday, July 15, at 9 am in front of the Church of St. Blaise, the beginning of the 'two-nation' police patrol will be officially celebrated – Dubrovacki.hr reports.

In addition to the mayor of Dubrovnik, Mata Frankovic, who will symbolically hand over the golden key to the China police officers, our Tourism Minister Gari Cappelli and Chinese Ambassador Hu Zhaoming will attend the ceremony.

The start of the work of the mixed patrol along with the appropriate cultural program will be marked by the commanding officers simultaneously pressing the crystal ball – Chinese Embassy wrote.
