This investor, who has come through Croatia through CSEBA, has already signed the Agreement on the construction of a football stadium in Velika Gorica and a memorandum on a series of investment projects in Krapina's Toplice, and recently submitted a bid for the purchase of Hotel Zagorje in Kumrovec.
